The Chaste Tree, also called Chasteberry grows in the Mediterranean, which includes sections of Europe, Asia, and Africa. You may know that the berries are a tonic herb and considered an aphrodisiac. It was originally used for quite the opposite, as it was given to monks to help them remain celibate.
