The Lucky's at Marina Village has the lowest prices on the island. They're always having sales and you don't need a club card. Their produce is a very nice quality for the price, though I have found more flavorful meat options. If you need more specialty ingredients, try the Trader Joe's at Alameda Towne Center, but for general shopping, stick to Lucky's.
