361 days agoTeff flour is grain co loured flour and unique in its taste. Its very difficult to prepare it in home due its large size. A good substitute for teff flour can be prepared easily. Take equal parts of wheat flour and rye flour and this mixture would certainly be a good substitute. The people who want to prepare flour from the seeds can prefer seeds likemillet, couscous, or quinoa.
