What Serve To Eat With Champagne
I always wanna to eat chilly chicken boneless and prawns along with any drink. Fish and any sea food is being very well accompanied by champagne. I love to finish with caramel desert after intake of champagne.

Some suggestions are shrimp cocktail, Spanish dishes, boiled lobster, or raw oysters. The key is to keep it as simple as possible so that the champagne and the seafood can bring out the best of one another.
As an alternative, I'd suggest light white fish dishes. Again, the dishes should be simple. You can bake hake fillets wrapped in alufoil with a bit of lemon juice and vegetables, for instance.
If you don't like fish try vegetable dishes or chicken or turkey breast.
To go with food use nothing sweeter than sec champagne. Demi-sec and sweeter champagnes should be used only with desserts.
Champagne is great with raspberries or, like others have suggested, with chocolate. My favorite is champagne in orange juice with breakfast or brunch. Many really enjoy those (they are called Mimoasas) and you can serve any breakfast food. Alternatively, champagne is also great with desserts!

If the champagne is sweet tasting, I like to offset the sweetness with something a little salty like crackers and cheese. If more on the dry side, than I like it will fruit. Normally, champagne drinking is reserved celebratory causes, so I generally eat appetizer foods.
1630 days agoI love to make bellinis out of champagne. Mix half peach puree (canned peaches are fine) with half champagne, and the fizz mixes them together and it's so delicious and special and festive. It also makes the champagne go farther. Either for any kind of champagne cocktail or for just plain champagne, you can pick up a cheese plate at the store and some fresh fruit and it's delicious. Also, bacon-wrapped prosciutto is never a bad idea!

1630 days agoFruits is a good combination with champagne. Most of the time, good dishes with meat is fine to have. So people would prefer crackers and cheese. For me, strawberries are the main fruit that go well with champagne. If you ask me, the flavors mixed together are delicious.
1630 days agoCakes and champagnes go well. Usually champagnes are had for celebrations hence a full course dinner and champagne is a treat. Champagne and snacks go well. It can be had with spicy roasted chicken.
1630 days agoStrawberries are a classic pairing with champagne. Having a nice champagne with cranberry juice is a lovely compliment to a heart breakfast. Serve your champagne cocktail along with Eggs Benedict with sliced fruit. Ending your day with a glass of bubbly and some fun chocolate is also blissful.
1630 days agoEither some kind of cracker (so people don't get drunk really quick) or some kind of fruit ,Strawberries. The champagne supposedly enhances their flavour.which can bring out the flavour.
1630 days agoFruits and choclates are always best with Champagne. imany of us usually prefer choclate with orange juice. the orange juice is the best one. If you wanna some spicy thing then hav it with chicken and gobi manchurian.
1631 days agoFruit is always good with champagne but I prefer appetizers. A mild cheese with crackers is always nice. Also warm appetizers like a goat cheese puff or warm artichoke dip. It also depends a great deal of the champagne. Dryer champagnes go better with food while the sweeter ones are great with dessert.
1631 days agoI agree with Denise that Fruit and chocolate are the best choices to eat with champagne. Other suggestions would be light finger food. Things like crackers and cheese. A salty curred meat would be a good contrast for champagne. For mimosas I like to use pom juice, it adds a little more tart.
1631 days agoAhhhhhh...champagne!! Strawberries are always a good thing to eat with champagne. Chocolate would be next on the list of good champagne foods. If you're not looking for something sweet with your champagne then oysters would be good. And don't forget that for Sunday brunch you just add a bit of orange juice to make a Mimosa. Mimosas and omelettes are a great breakfast.
1631 days agoI always server chocolate covered Strawberries as well as fresh strawberries to place inside the glass. I have also heard that grapes are nice to place in side the Champagne. For a main course I would serve white meat, nothing to rich in flavor as you do not want to over power the champagne.
