Tofu is usually used to substitute meat. It is made from soy bean curd. can be used in many different diets that doesn't want eat meat, a healthy part of high protein low-carb lifestyles.

Tofu is made from soybeans. First, the soybeans are ground or mashed into a thick paste. Secondly, the soybeans are cooked and then poured through a straining devise. The liquid is then allowed to curdle. The curds are then pressed into a block and sold as tofu.
