Sherry Parmesan Lemon Sauce: 5 tbsp butter 3 tbsp honey 1/2 cup cooking sherry Juice from 1 lemon 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated Melt butter in saucepan. Once butter is melted add honey. Stir well. Once honey has dissolved in the butter add sherry and lemon juice. Simmer until sauce has reduced by half. Add parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
