A latte is made by combining one shot of espresso with steamed milk, 1/3 espresso and 2/3 steamed milk. Similarly, a cappucino is made from 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 froth. The foam is what makes the difference. Both are great if you add a little flavored syrup or liquer to them. I love Bailey's or Frangelico in mine!
