Moule is most commonly used as a cooking term for a mold. Generally, for baking cakes into a particular shape. For instance, an angel food cake pan. Although in French, moules does mean mussels.

22 days agoMoules is the French word for mussels. You will find them most often in the cafes, bistros and brasseries of France and Belgium. There, they are often simmered with garlic, onions parsley and white wine in a dish called moules mariniere, (in the style of the sailor). These are traditionally served with French fries (frites) on the side as well as crusty bread used to sop up the broth.
28 days agoIt's normally served with rice in a spanish dish. It's awesome with pork. I recommend that you try it sometime, if you haven't already. It's one of the best Mexican dishes out there.
33 days agoMoule is a traditional Mexican dish that combines either: carne asada, chicken or pork. Included with your choice of meat is a sweat sauce that is rather thick and very delicious. Normally served with Spanish or White rice, it is a dish that most restaurants carry on their menu. I would recommend that if you love authentic traditional Mexican dishes, Moule is sure to be you’ll add to your favorites.
