Lemon Thyme which is a herb would be considered half-Kosher or Pareve which is Yiddish for neutral. Eggs, tofu, fruits, and vegetables, are neither dairy or meat and can be eaten with either milk or meat. They must however be prepared with neutral utensils and not have been placed on the same assembly line as non-kosher foods.
