I guess cardamom is halal as it doesn't come under the standard definitions of which include: > Alcohol / intoxicants > Pork meat > Carnivores birds > Caracas of dead animal > Blood > Animals strangled / beaten to death > Animals killed by fall, gored by savage beasts > Fish that didn't die out of water from natural suffocation Since Cardamom doesn't fit under any of the above definitions - it's halal.
