your intake, to maintain weight, should be between 2000 and 3000 calories a day. This depends on your activity level. If your an inactive person, working at lets say a desk job, then youd want to aim towards the 2000 number, but if you work out ultiple times a day, and lead an active life, the goal would be more towards 300. To lose weight, however it should be between 1500 to 2000 calories, and to gain...above 3500.
