First take 4 cups of vinegar,4 cups water,4 spoons of salt and 4 quarts peppers.Wash peppers fastly take the core,stems of large peppers.Ater doing this mix vinegar and water then heat it.vinegar should not bil longtime.now add salt to heated content.after mixing this if u want to add some oil u can otherwise no need.
