There are two process involved in making jerk wings are marinating and cooking. To marinate add these ingredients Add olive oil to fresh chicken wings,chopped onion and garlic ,red pepper , more olive oil and black pepper ,hot sauce ,Mix up ingredients and let sit for an hour and cook it in the oven .serve hot
