         To me the best way to eat sauerkraut is the German way. We usually fry up some brats (bratwursts) in a skilled and then just add the sauerkraut when the sausages are good and brown. To the skillet with a lid and let it simmer for about fife to ten minutes. That's it that is all you have to do to enjoy sauerkraut the German way. If you are lucky and can get your hands on some fresh sauerkraut(not the kind out of a can) Just get a fork and eat it just the way it comes.
