Avoid large portions of Manchego, Cabrales, any cheese dishes, and dishes based on lots of rice and/or fatty meatsIf you eat cheese you will have to have cheese in your refirigerator and if you do not then you will have to go to the store and go buy some cheese. first you will want to go to the store of your choice and go buy some cheese make sure your not allergic to that kind ogf cheese and if you are don't get that kind of cheese. next you will go home and cut the cheese open with a knife make sure before you go to the store you have a knife in your house the cut a peice of cheese off for you and who ever is having some cheese. then put it on a plate and go sit down somewhere and eat the cheese. make sure you chew the cheese very well so youy will not choke on it
98 days agoManchego cheese is made from Sheep milk and comes from Spain. It's similar to feta in taste and goes well with salmon and a glass of wine. Try it on toast or crackers. You can also make your own bruchetta by mixing roasted garlic with chopped tomatoes and black olives. Add a little salt and spread on toast triangles. Add a slice of Manchego cheese and heat in oven until the cheese begins to melt. You'll love it!
