Start with some chicken.Thighs, drumsticks, breast meat,whatever you like. Wash it and put it aside until you need it . Get a skillet out and saute some onions and bell peppers , then add the chicken and let it cook until the chicken is done. Add a cup or cup and a half of coconut milk and some peeled and quartered potatoes (about two or three) and let it cook for about five to ten minutes.Don't forget the main ingredient.Mix in the curry powder (two teaspoons full) and some salt , pepper and garlic salt. Let all of it cook for another fife minutes or so and serve the whole thing over some rice.
