         Dicing food is really easy. For example, if you are wanting to dice a potato, you would peel the potato (if desired) and cut it into quarters lengthwise. Take each section (or two at a time if you fel comfortable) and cut them into sticks. You will then turn the sticks sideways (now horizontal) and cut into small pieces across. Depending on how small of a dice you need, this is where you would have the option to change the size. One thing I've been doing lately is using a very small dice on my potatoes (when mashing them) and they get done in the blink of an eye!!
